A physical item you sell. Products may track stock.

Active items appear in quotation and invoice selectors. Inactive items remain in historical records but are hidden from new document selectors.

Group similar products or services together to make them easier to find.

SKU means Stock Keeping Unit. It is a unique product code you create to identify an item. Examples: SHOE-001, TSHIRT-BLK-L, or SOAP-500ML. Leave this blank if you do not use product codes.

Your own product code used to identify this item.

How this item is sold or measured, such as item, box, hour, or service.

The amount you normally charge your customer for one unit. You can still adjust the price on a specific quotation or invoice.

What this item costs you to buy, make, or provide.

Tax settings

Turn this on when tax should normally be applied to this item.

Stock

Turn this on for physical products when you want LaunchBOS to track how many units remain. Leave it off for services or products you do not want to track.

Automatically reduce available stock when a product is included on an eligible sent invoice.
