Privacy Policy

This policy explains the current information practices of the LaunchBOS website and browser-based Workspace. It applies to public resources, downloadable tools, and business records a user chooses to save in Workspace.

The current website can be browsed without creating an account.

The website does not currently provide accounts, a newsletter signup, or a contact-submission form. Workspace users may choose to enter business, customer, catalogue, document, payment, follow-up, income, and expense information; the current application stores those records in that browser rather than sending them to a LaunchBOS account or workspace server.

The service used to deliver the website may process standard technical request information needed to load and protect the site, such as an IP address, browser type, requested page, and request time. The exact handling of infrastructure logs depends on the hosting service in use.

No analytics service is currently configured in the application. The public resource experience does not rely on browser storage for accounts, while Workspace uses browser local storage to retain the business records a user saves.

Workspace records are not automatically synchronized between browsers or devices. Clearing site data, using a different browser, or changing devices may make them unavailable unless the user has exported a backup and restores it.

A browser may still retain ordinary cache, history, or download information according to the visitor’s own browser and device settings.

Workspace backup files are created locally only after the user selects the export action. Import processing also happens in the browser; the current application does not upload those files to a backup server.

A backup can contain the business and customer records saved in Workspace. The user controls where the downloaded file is stored and should protect it appropriately. Workspace Settings can remove LaunchBOS workspace records from the current browser; recovery then requires a usable backup.

When a visitor chooses a template format, the requested file is downloaded directly to their device. The website does not currently require an email address or account before a download.

The visitor’s browser, operating system, network, or download manager may keep its own record of the download.

Guides may direct visitors to official authorities, software providers, or other external websites for current information. Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.

A link does not mean that LaunchBOS controls the external service or its data practices.

Because the current website has no account or contact-submission feature, it does not maintain user profiles or submitted support conversations in the application. Workspace records remain in browser storage until the user clears them or browser/device behavior removes them.

No online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Visitors should use trusted devices and networks and should avoid sharing sensitive information through an unverified channel.

Visitors can use browser controls to manage cache, history, downloads, site permissions, and local site data. Workspace users can export a backup or clear workspace records through Settings. External services should be reviewed separately before information is submitted to them.

The website is designed as a business resource for entrepreneurs and is not directed at children.

This policy may be updated when the website’s information practices change. Material changes should be reflected in the published policy and accompanied by a maintained update date.
